The Empirical Study On Effects Of Prior Cooperation On The Choice Of Ways To Sourcing Technology: The Moderating Effect Of Environmental Dynamism And Technical Ability

External technical resources play an increasingly important role in the high-techenterprise activities. The business needs a lot of important resources exist beyond theborders of the enterprise. Therefore, cooperation is an effective way to get technicalresources outside the enterprise. With economic globalization and the rapiddevelopment of science and technology, enterprise survival environment hasundergone dramatic changes prises. Based on the model of the prior cooperationexperience of technology resources for selected, we increased environmentaldynamism and technical capacity of two manipulated variables and assumptionscontained in the model are empirically tested.The main problem of this study are:(1) how prior cooperation experience affectsthe choice of the way of technical resouring;(2) how environmental dynamism affectsthe relationship between prior cooperation experience and technology sourcing;(3)how technical capacity moderating affects the relationship between prior cooperationexperience and the choice of ways of technology sourcing;(4) Conclusion What is thesignificance of these research questions.In order to study these issues, the paper first measured each variable.
