Research On Knowledge Absorptive Capacity Of The Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

In the knowledge-based economy, knowledge has become the indispensable resource forsurvival and sustainable development of companies. Oilfield equipment manufacturingindustry is an important part of China’s equipment manufacturing industry and also the mainpillar industry of China’s national economy. The development of domestic and foreignenterprises practice shows that, knowledge absorptive capacity plays a very important role toenhance the Market competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, the research of oilfieldequipment manufacturing enterprises knowledge absorptive capacity can effectively improvethe knowledge absorptive capacity of the oilfield equipment manufacturing enterprises.Firstly, oilfield equipment manufacturing enterprise and knowledge absorptive capacityare introduced, which has laid a substantial theoretical basis for research. Secondly, based onthe actual situation of the knowledge absorptive capacity of the oilfield equipmentmanufacturing enterprises and combined with domestic and foreign experts and scholarsresearch, select the relevant indicators to measure the knowledge absorptive capacity of theoilfield equipment manufacturing enterprises. The index system includes four secondaryindicators and Twenty-two three indicators, use AHP to determine the weight of each index.Then select six representative oilfield equipment manufacturing enterprises to conductempirical research. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, proposed thecountermeasure for improve the knowledge absorptive capacity of the oilfield equipmentmanufacturing enterprises.Through this study to improve the knowledge managementcapacity and market competitiveness of the oilfield equipment manufacturing enterprises.
