With the coming of experience economy era, tourists’ needs are becoming more personalizedand diversified. Through the results of domestic and foreign rural tourism products to research thedevelopment of Shan Xi rural tourism products and to combine experience economic theory withShan Xi enhanced rural tourism products. Throughout the domestic rural tourism development,although experience, participation of existing products, these don’t really satisfy tourists pursuit ofexperience. Based on the six main factors about eating, living, transportation, tour, shopping,recreation to consider and through on-the-spot investigation to study tourists’ ideas in rural tourismproducts. Then put forward Shan Xi rural tourism product promotion strategies accordingly.This paper mainly uses the theory of experience economy, the rural tourism products and RMPtheories, tourism product life cycle theory, sustainable development theory. On the basis of theresearch, through the market discussing and analyzing the existing rural tourism products in ShanXi and disease of product knot in ascension. And in view of the problem to put forward Shan Xirural tourism product promotion strategies.Paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter, introduction. Account in the selected topicbackground, research significance, research ideas, research methods and research framework tosummarize experience economy era of tourism experience and put forward guiding research. Thesecond chapter, review the rural tourism products at home and abroad.The third chapter, analyzeour country rural tourism products development present situation and existing problems. The fourthchapter, enumerate successful cases in foreign rural tourism products. The fifth chapter, with theexample of Shan Xi rural tourism doing empirical research. The paper analyzes the currentsituation and problems of Shan Xi rural tourism products, then put forward the Shan Xi ruraltourism product promotion strategies. At last, put forward relevant conclusions.
