Research On The Symbiotic Relationship Between Private Finance And SMPEs Of Wenzhou

In the special economic environment of Wenzhou,private finance andSMPEs are the two main body of Wenzhou economic system.Both relationand operation patterns are directly affects the capital allocation efficiency inWenzhou area.Relationship between the two main body disorder will notonly make the private finance contract,also can damage the interests of smalland medium-sized private enterprises,endangering the healthy developmentof Wenzhou economy.During the economic transformation moment of ourcountry,especially in the financial reform of Wenzhou,we study the status ofthe symbiotic relationship of private finance and SMPEs,and explore thechanges and evolution of the symbiotic relationship,not only promoting thesteady development,but also having great significance to the healthyeconomic development in Wenzhou.In this paper,we elaborately describe the concept of the symbiosistheory which is based on the discussion of research results at home andabroad,And we use the symbiosis theory to analysis the relationshipbetween private finance and SMPEs.Due to less empirical analysis of thesymbiotic relationship on private finance and SMPEs in Wenzhou,this article do an empirical study on symbiotic relationship.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the previous research results,Weanalysis the causes of symbiotic relationship between private finance andSMPEs in Wenzhou from symbiosis unit,symbiosis ties and symbioticenvironment.And we specific analysis the internal mechanism of thesymbiotic relationship between them.It is the internal mechanism thatsupport each other and promote each other to a kind of symbioticrelationship.Secondly,the article make four sorts of analysis on private finance andSMPEs in Wenzhou:the size of the symbiotic domain,the symbioticrelationship,the symbiosis benefits and risks,and the boundary of thesymbiotic relationship.Thirdly,the article use the method of θ which is adjusted,to evaluate thesize of private finance in Wenzhou.We do an regression between the resultsand the GDP of Wenzhou SMPEs,and we know there is a positiverelationship between the private financial scale and the small andmedium-sized private enterprises.Based on this,we analysis of the symbioticdegree and coefficient of symbiosis,it proved there is a symbiotic relationship between the private finance and SMPEs in Wenzhou.At the last,the article point out the follow methods to improve thesymbiotic relationship:Strengthening the symbiotic unit,perfecting thesymbiotic environment.We do all the thing is to make this kind of symbioticmode develop towards to stable and healthy mode,Which can effectivelypromote the development of the economy in Wenzhou.In conclusion,this article fully analyzes the symbiotic relationship ofprivate finance and SMPEs,and we do empirical analyzes to inspect thesymbiotic state in Wenzhou.We Point out that the government should notlimit and suppress the private finance,but should reasonably guide the folkcapital flows to promote the development of small and medium-sized privateenterprises in Wenzhou.
