Evaluation Research On Land Sustainable Use Of Jixi City With Coal Resource-exhausted

The coal resources city,are those that provide resource-oriented products such as minerals orits primary commodity,as the main function of the city,according to the laws of the resource ofindustry life cycle,coal resource-based cities will experience starting period,mature period andexhausted period step by step.Coal resource-exhausted city refers to the city which enters into thecoal exhausted period.Coal resource-exhausted cities for our country’s social and economicdevelopment offers a wide range of energy supplies,and made a significant contribution.But as thedwindling reserves and production of coal resources,the increase of production cost,restrictedseriously of the development of the coal resource-exhausted city.Through the analysis andevaluation on Jixi coal resource-exhausted cities in the degree of sustainable land use,and todetermine the differences in time,which provided the scientific basis for the coalresource-exhausted city land sustainable use.In recent years,economic development of China’s coal resources city lags behind the generalcity and other types of city on the whole,which makes city transformation is imminent.As thefoundation of urban society and economic development,urban land is the direct and sensitiveresource factor of coal resource-exhausted city.Due to the imbalance of the resource distribution,at the beginning of the construction of Jixi city,determine its early construction land takes on a"point,line length, and wide face" are too scattered,many construction land fill up the gap, also isthe basic form the pattern of extensive use of urban land.Inside the city, land use structure is notreasonable at the same time,the layout of urban functions,land use efficiency is low,the urban landecological environment worsening and so on a series of problems,restricts the sustainable use ofurban land.Due to realization of sustainable use of city is the basis and premise to realize urbansustainable development,therefore,taking Jixi coal resource-exhausted cities in six municipaldistrict as an example,the influence to sustainable land use of economic condition,social condition,ecological condition as elements layer,construction of Jixi coal resource-exhausted cities in thesustainable utilization evaluation index system,the weights are determined by applying the methodof the optimal combination of empowerment,adopt the multi-objective comprehensive evaluationmethod,to analyze Jixi sustainable land use from2002to2011.The research results show that within10years Jixi is on the upward trend for the sustainable land use,but also still stay in thebasic sustainable state,there is a certain gap compared with other cities throughout the country.Through the analysis of the influencing factor of Jixi coal resource-exhausted city,increase thesustainable use degree of Jixi city by formulating different policy and measures,prompt thetransformation of land use method,and adjust land use layout and industrial structure,improveecological environment,ensure the sustainable development of coal resource-exhausted city,andprovide new thought for other coal resource-exhausted cities’ sustainable development...
