Study Of The Land-use Ecological Security In Resource-exhausted City

The most distinctive land use characteristics in the resource-based city is the exploitation and utilization of all kinds of mineral resources, has a profound impact on the land resources and ecological environment in the whole urban area. Gejiu city in Yunnan province is a typical resource-based city, the layout of urban land use, economic and social development are around the mining, processing and utilization of mineral resources, sustainable development needs to be carried out in Gejiu city.Urban transformation requires the government carry on corresponding policies and measures; transformation policies and measures need to solve some specific problems, such as urban functions, social and economic recession, environmental pollution and other recession problems. The productions of these problems are related to the characteristics of land use in the resource-based city. Research on urban transformation must built new urban space layout, which based on the guarantee and maintenance of ecological security, according to the technical level of space planning regulation in China, Such as land use overall planning, urban planning and other regulatory measures. For the future development, more reasonable land use layout and urban planning will be made which combined with the macro-control in industrial and productivity layout.Through the use of mathematical analysis, landscape pattern research methods, combined with the GIS technology, from the scope of the city, built-up area and the main urban area of three different levels of space, according to the different attributes of land use to select the key factors of land use ecological security.In Gejiu city the characteristics of 8 kinds of different land use patterns of 2000-2010 were analyzed Using principal component analysis method,18 evaluation indexes are selected from three aspects:ecological environment benefit, economic benefit and social benefit of land use. The evaluation model of land use efficiency of PCA— K means clustering is constructed. The change of land use efficiency in the built-up area of Gejiu city in 2006-2010 was analyzed. Using landscape pattern analysis, the landscape features, landscape heterogeneity and landscape space layout of green space layout in 2010 were analyzed in the scope of the main urban area in GeJiu city. Based on the analysis and research of the ecological security situation of land use in the area of the GeJiu city, the area of built-up area and the area of the main city, the transformation strategy of the ecological security of land use ecological security in the declining cities is put forward. The main conclusions of the study are:(1) In Gejiu city,the main land-use types in the southern part of the land is maintenance of ecological security,in northern part of the land are support of ecological security, consumption and alert of ecological security.During the study period, the land-use areas of consumption and alert of ecological security was increased,maintenance of ecological security was increased,support of ecological security was reduction.The land-use of comprehensive was improved,the degree of artificial interference,the ecological value of land-use was increased(2) In build-up area of Gejiu city,the most affected the benefit of the land use is ecological environment benefit. The factors that affect the land use efficiency of resource-exhausted city including: the total output value, the comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste, the green space rate of the built-up area, the area of housing per capita, forest cover, urban sewage centralized treatment rate, and the built-up area population density. These factors should be improved though the controlling measure of urban planning (3) In main urban area of the Gejiu city, the results show that the urban green space in Gejiu city take the public green space as the main, and it make a point and equilibrium distribution, the private green space is also make a point distribution; the production of green space is at least, and the layout of belt green space is not perfect. The ecological corridor function can’t bring into play well; the influence ability of ecological environment benefit is restricted.(4)According to the research on the ecological security of land use in three different levels of urban space, the transformation strategy is put forward:In the Gejiu city, to adjust the urban functions and urban productivity, the main infrastructure,the population of the city, the new industrial area and modern agricultural base will developed in the northern part of the city. Then the ecological agriculture, tourism, and the third,the second industry will developed in the southern part of the city.In build-up area of Gejiu city, according to the land utilization benefit influence factor, the political, economic, financial information, technological and cultural center, business and leisure functions prominent suitable habitat area will developed in the Xicheng District in Gejiu City,The light industry of new technology will developed in Datun District in Gejiu; the base for the development of private economy development of metallurgy, building materials, logistics and other industries will developed in Jijie District in Gejiu.In main urban area of the Gejiu city, a pattern of the greenbelt regulation, at the prevailing wind direction in the city, isolated greenbelt will set up; under high-pressure corridor through the city, isolation greenbelt will set up.sanitary isolation greenbelt will set up around the garbage disposal field, at the same time, strengthen the greenbelt layout, combined with the road and roadside green space layout settings,.In view of the special form of land use, In the mine geological environment problem affected zone, subsidence governance, land reclamation, establishing retaining bar facilities and other control measures will take.In the urban subsidence area, the control measures are used in the back-fill, reclamation, and the development of tourism resources.One hand land use layout will adjusted on the other hand land use economic strategy will adjusted. A strong theoretical and technical guidance for the transition period of the economic transformation and urban development and innovation will provided.
