The Study On The Relationship Between Urban Land Structure Changes And Benefits In Harbin

Land is the physical basis and resource security for human living and lots of social andecological problems for people are closely related. Land use structure is turning continuously indifferent period and social economical situation because of different extent and depth in land usefor human society. Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, which is an important industrial area located inthe center of northeast Asia, is an important connect to the Eurasian continent and airline corridor.And industry is the main body of the city which is comprehensively developing. But there areproblems limited the improvement of land use benefits when social economy development and cityfunction are going well and urbanization level is improving continuously, such as land use demandis increasing, chaos of urban function and layout, unreasonable of urban land use structure andbeing bad of urban ecological environment. It is the basis of urban land sustainable developmentfor the improvement of land use benefits for Harbin. In this paper, it is analyzed the evolution ofland use structure in Harbin with entropy, calculated the information entropy of land use structureand expose the land use problems in Harbin. It is also built the land use benefits evaluation indexsystem with the situation of Harbin economical， social and ecological environment and done theevaluation of land use benefits in Harbin from2007to2011. And it is calculated the correlationdegree of scale and benefits of land use with gray correlation degree model and data handlingsystem. And then do some analysis in changing of land use structure and benefits between therelationship of information entropy and benefits of land use structure and types and benefits of landuse with regression analysis. Based on such research， the author put forward the countermeasuresand suggestions for promoting the rational use of land finally. And the result indicated:(1) Urban land square is increasing continuously with the high speed of urbanization in Harbinbetween2007and2011. The industrial land rate is increasing and green area， road and square arearate is low， the road is thin in Harbin and the traffic jam is serious. It is an influence to urban landuse benefits and not suitable to infrastructure contribution, so that it is difficult for the city forgathering.(2) The information entropy of urban land use structure is increasing in the researching periodand the quantity is decreasing yearly. It is said that the chaos of urban land use structure isdecreasing between2007and2011. Population, economy and urbanization are the main reason ofinformation entropy of urban land use structure and the distribution of urban land use type isturning equilibrium. (3) In the research period, economy, society, ecology and comprehensive benefit of urban landuse are going well and increasing of economy benefit is most obvious to comprehensive benefit.Comprehensively urban land use benefit is well advanced because the population is in control,industry and service are developing more quickly, human living level are raising and it is enhancedin environment protection.(4) There is a strong connection between urban land scale and economy, society, ecology andcomprehensive benefit of land use and especially to economical benefit. There is a linearrelationship between information entropy of urban land use structure in Harbin and economy,society, ecology and comprehensive benefit. The chaos is increasing with the increasing entropy,and it makes the land use structure be equilibrium and developing sustainable. And the benefits ofurban land use increasing every year. From the point of urban area type, it is the most influence forthe benefits with living area industrial area. It is very important for increasing urban land usecomprehensive benefit to solve the living area industrial area problem. So changing the land usestructure and making urban land use reasonable is very important to improve the land usecomprehensive benefit in the whole area.
