Land can be regarded as a combination of nature and economy.With the rapid development of social economy,the level of land use efficiency provides a scientific basis for future development,but there are certain problems between social economy and land use,which cannot be ignored.With the continuous advancement of new urbanization process,land use and effective allocation have become important factors in the process of regional development.Improving lan d use efficiency can alleviate the contradiction between people and land and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.In view of this,the land use efficiency status is scientifically and reasonably evaluated,and the regional land use situation is understood,and suggestions for improvement are proposed.From the perspective of coordinated urban and rural development,this paper takes Harbin City of Heilongjiang Province as the research area,constructs the evaluation index system of land use benefit,and uses the entropy method to determine the weight of each index,and measures the land use benefit status of Harbin in 2009-2016,and the land use benefit The time change analysis provides a scientific basis and reference for the sustain able use and development of land resources in Harbin,laying a good foundation for the implementation of post-planning projects.conclusion as below:(1)From 2009 to 2016,the level of land use efficiency in Harbin has generally improved.The evaluation index of comprehensive benefits of land use increased from 0.55 to 0.72,an increase of 0.17.Overall,the land use efficiency of Harbin City increased steadily.The economic benefits of land in Harbin contribute a lot to the comprehensive benefits of the l and,and the social and ecological benefits still need to be strengthened.Overall,the land use efficiency of Harbin City has risen steadily.1)The economic benefits of land use in the study area generally showed an upward trend,and the economic benefit of land use increased from 0.58 to 0.84.2)The social benefit of land use in the study area showed a slow growth trend from 0.57 to 0.71;3)Land use ecology in the study area Benefits showed an increasing trend,increasing from 0.57 to 0.73.(2)In 2009-2016,the coordination status of land economic benefits and comprehensive benefits in the study area increased year by year,and the economic benefits and comprehensive benefits of the land were developed from the state of declining declining to the state of primary coordinated development;the social benefits and integration of the land in the study area The overall coordination status of benefits is from the state of dysfunctional recession to the state of primary coordinated development;the coordination degree of ecological benefits and comprehensive benefits of the study area also shows an increasing trend from year to year,from the state of dysfunction to the state of primary coordinated development.The overall trend is the same,but the types of lags are different.(3)In order to improve the level of land use efficiency in Harbin,the following suggestions are proposed: mainly to prevent and control,strengthen resource protection,optimize land use layout,enhance the intensive use of land resources,strengthen government responsibility,and rationally change land use patterns.
