Since reform and opening up,the retail industry become a majorforce in promoting China’s national economic development.The chainenterprises is a modern commercial form,one of the fastest growing in theretail industry.In recent years,the chain enterprises in the high-speedexpansion,the demand for labor continues to rise at the same time,but thephenomenon of staff scarce still exist in the industry,even the "laborshortage".The most of employees in senior management and levelemployees are lost,that not only bring a huge loss to the enterprise,butalso give impact on business and development.The problem of employeeturnover in chain industry has gradually become a hot topic of businessmanagers and scholars.The traditional employee turnover model onlyinvolves work factors that affect employee turnover intentions,howeverbased on the job embedded in the theory of employee turnover model,factors of work and non-work factors are included in the study.Thisarticle used the job embeddedness theory to study the problem of chainindustry employees leaving the work,which dimensions better predictorof exploring the predictive utility of job embeddedness to chain industrystaff turnover intention,and in-depth analysis embedded Chain industryemployee turnover intentions,which provide a theoretical basis andpractical guidance for retaining employees.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly on the research background and purpose,researchsignificance,research methods and ideas with the overall framework; Thesecond chapter mainly elaborates Summary of literature study,dividedinto employee turnover,employee turnover intentions embeddedtheoretical work,work study four parts embedded in the relationship oftheory and employee turnover intentions;The third chapter mainlydescribes the research design, analyze the current situation of employeesturnover in the chain industry and the impact factors of employeeturnover intentions, introduce the model of employee turnover intentionsbased on job embeddedness,proposed research hypotheses and select aresearch tool; The fourth chapter is empirical research,to take the form ofa combination of field interviews and questionnaires,interviews withconclusions and analyzed,and the survey questionnaire design,issuanceand collection,and then use the the SPSS18.0software data processingand analysis,came to the conclusion conclusions;The fifth chapterconclusions based on empirical research, and from the point of view ofthe job embeddedness theory proposed management countermeasuresrecommendations;The sixth chapter is mainly based on the conclusions ofthis study and the reality, proposed research and the outlook for the futureresearch direction.
