The Research On Selection And Optimization Of The Community Participation Mode Of In The Rural Tourism

Rural tourism is not a new tourism pattern as a form of tourism in the tourism industry in western developed countries. Rural tourism has a considerable scale and is on the path of normative and favorable development in European developed countries. Our rural tourism is also booming now along with our economic growth, industrial development and urban rapid expansion. Community residents’participation level as an indispensable resource in rural tourism can determine whether it can be sustainably developed. Therefore, we should choose the tourism developing pattern which is suitable for local residents’participation in terms of present situation of rural tourism, which has great realistic significance to improve the degree of community residents’ participation and promote the development of local tourism and improve residents’ living standard.The thesis applies community management theory to the research of rural tourism developing pattern. The author deeply analyzes the beneficial relations and distribution of rural tourism, and analyzes the restricting factors of community participation in our rural tourism. According to the characteristics of rural tourism, he sets up an objective and basic principle, and selects seven rural tourism models suitable for community participation, such as "company plus farmer","farmer plus farmer","company plus community plus farmer","government plus company plus farmer","shareholding system" and so on. He puts forward that the subject of tourism, function, system, profit and path should be further optimized on the basis of analyzing rural tourism pattern. At last, the author chooses Hua Yanxi Forest Park in Chang De city as an empirical case. He takes shareholding system as cooperative community participation model in view of present development stage of Hua Yanxi Park, and carries out deep analysis of its operation and effects.The thesis provides a selective suggestion in model to some extent on our rural tourism developing, and enriches the theory system of rural tourism. It helps us to solve the difficulties of model selection in the process of rural tourism developing and offers us a reference on developing the rural tourism in our vast rural areas.
