According to incomplete statistics, in order to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition environment, more and more enterprises set up enterprise information platform based on ERP to improve the comprehensive management level. The ERP system covers the upstream and downstream business processes across the supply chain, the implementation of which will inevitably affect the vast majority of enterprise employees and departments. China now has about700enterprises to purchase or use of this advanced management software. However, its application effect in the larger gap in each enterprise. It is said that the reason of why domestic enterprises implement ERP results are not ideal for:the relative lack of understanding of enterprise to implement ERP; there are great differences in the information level of the enterprises; enterprise modernization management is relatively weak; software development and consulting service is unable to meet the requirements of enterprises; lack of professional talent team. The main content of this paper is the combination of the real situation of E company, according to business process optimization, in business practice summarizes a set of solutions. The method of this paper is integrating theory with practice, elaborated the related theory of business process optimization, including the process of optimization theory and BPR theory, combined with the development process of ERP analysis and BPR dialectical necessity relation and integration, the continuous improvement of the Deming cycle and PDCA thought. Based on the optimization theory combined with practical experience and puts forward a set of implementing business process optimization scheme.
