Based on the theories and methods of quality control and risk management, this article brings up the validity check and continuous improvement principles in the security reinforce project management. Based on the Deming Cycle and Project Management Maturity Model theory, combines the features of security reinforce project, the author build up a system of the validity check and continuous improvement for management. It can be used in telecommunication industry to settle the problems, such as the low project maturity of the risk management, the difficulty in evaluate achievement for the security reinforce project etc. In addition, it can also improve the capacity of the quality control and continuous development.
