Nowadays the industry of medical deviecs is one of the most active industry markets in the world, and in recent years the Chinese medical device market has been maintained an average annual growth of20%above. Due to some historic reasons, the facilities equipped in many medical institutions in china are old and insufficient, which lead to a broad development space for the Chinese medical devices industry. The three factors of national new healthcare reform, an aging population and people’s health protection demands will provide strong development power to the medical devices industry, and there is a rare historical development opportunity for medical devices enterprises.The clinical diagnosis division mainly covers the sale and after-sale services of clinical diagnosis products in KBS. Faced with good market opportunity and development propects, attracting and retaining the excellent employees and motivating them for better performance is strong guarantee for the high performance improvement of this division and the whole company, so to design one set of scientific and reasonable compensation system for this division staff is of great significance to the development of this division and KBS.Based on the background analysis and compensation theories, this paper, according to the total compenstioan and broad salary structure, firstly introduce the present compensation situation of KBS and clinical dignosis division, analyze the current problems and the reasons which may lead to them, and then find solutions to these problems under the guidance of the relevant theories. Following the six working steps, a new compensation system, which is more scitific and reasonable, is designed for the clinical diagnosis division so as to enhance the compensation motivation on employees and inspire their potential for rapid performance growth.
