Y is a large company mainly in retailing home furnishing, which has both geographical and resource advantages, so it attracted a lot of talents. But in recent years, along with the rise of the enterprises in the same industry and the changes of the market environment, competition has becoming increasingly fierce, which requires the enterprise to keep learning, keep track of rapidly advanced technology and management ideas so that they can have a place in the broader market.This article is about the research on the floor supervisor training scheme of Y Company. The floor supervisor is the basic manager of company Y, an important team in the management team in Y Company. Although Y has a floor supervisor training system, as a matter of fact, this set of training system already can not adapt to the job schedule and working practice, let alone to meet a variety of skills and knowledge and talent of modern enterprise training required according to the modern training theory and working practice.This paper conducts the research to the floor supervisor training system by analyzing and concluding, consulting a large number of domestic and foreign staff training theory, and with the help of questionnaire, interview and observation. By analyzing the current Y floor supervisor training situation, the writer found out the main problems of the training system:the lack of scientific training management concept, the lack of perfect training system and effective training management measures. This paper combines the current advanced training management concept both domestic and overseas, abstracts the floor supervisor training system for Y Company’s own development. By analysis, training plan, implementation and training effect evaluation, this paper does a more systematic and detailed statement towards the process, structure and implementation. At the same time, the Y Company should guarantee the training system from the following four aspects, namely, emphasizing the importance of the training of the floor supervisor, strengthening the construction of the tutor team and training materials, establishing long-term training system as well as building a learning organization.At the same time, the new training system put forward many innovations. For example, when implementing of the training effect evaluation, this paper evaluates training effect of the trainees by using the four levels of training effect evaluation model by American scholar Kirkpatrick.The floor supervisor training enhances the comprehensive quality of the floor supervisor, conveys more talents for enterprises, guarantees the long-term development of enterprises and makes enterprises keep the development of strong and competitive force.
