In recent years,in the outline of the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan and the Twelfth Five-Year Plan,the overall idea of accelerating digital development and building a digital China has been put forward.The core of digital transformation is talent digitalization,and the training department,as the core driver of enterprise talent training,will support the development of enterprise digital transformation with digital training.With the rapid development and application of emerging technologies,enterprises have realized more large-scale,more efficient and personalized training implementation and management through online training.In particular,the outbreak of the COVID-19 has once again promoted the transformation of enterprise digital training,and digital training methods have sprung up among enterprises.However,at the same time,the existing digital training is faced with the problem that the training effect is greatly reduced compared with face-to-face teaching,which leads to greater work-study conflicts.The more unpopular training has become a common problem in online training.Based on the above research background,and on the basis of combing the relevant theories of digital training,this paper takes the digital training of the operation director of ICBC Qinghai Branch as an example,and combines the current situation of the online training of the operation director of Qinghai Branch,adopts the interview and questionnaire survey methods,and takes the ADDIE model as the framework,and finds that the current online training can not accurately meet the learning needs in terms of training needs research,and the project design is lack of interest There are five problems,such as difficulty in matching online training resources,difficulty in reproducing the experience of participating in training,and difficulty in accurately evaluating the effect of online training.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem,it is believed that the current online training is not equivalent to digital training.It is necessary to carry out systematic,targeted and highly feasible scheme optimization based on the existing resources on the basis of the original scheme.It has been optimized from five aspects,namely,the digital disassembly of training needs,the motivation ability and trigger design of project design,the co-creative and interactive development of teaching resources,the digital process management of training implementation,and the design of digital indicators for training effect evaluation,to effectively improve the online training effect of ICBC Qinghai Branch’s operation supervisors and realize the leap from online training to digital training.The current stage is the key period for the reform of ICBC’s operation system.For the operation management team of Qinghai Branch,personnel training by digital means can further improve the standard and efficiency of training.By optimizing the training program,we can effectively improve the quality construction of the operation supervisor team,reduce the cost of talent training,improve the training efficiency,and help the further implementation of the operation system reform strategy under the premise of weakening the work-study contradiction.For the training work of Qinghai Branch,this exploration of digital training is also a new exploration in the field of future training,providing a paradigm for future digital talent training.
