Analysis About Coordintion Degree Of Population, Resources And Environment, Economy Of Xinjiang

After the mid-20th century, with the increasing number of the world’s population,which arose a large quantities of resources consuming problem and seriousdestruction of the ecological environment etc. So the Society has payed more attentionon the impact between population, resources, environment and economy. Xinjiang islocated in China’s western border, it has the vast land area, accounting for about onesixth of the entire territory of China. As the area which available for human habitationis very small and the arid，semi-arid region natural environment, as well as waterresource scarcity, cause the population distribution is extremely uneven. Since reformand opening up policy carried out, especially the implementation of the strategy ofwestern development, the state has given a lot of support in funding and policy whichmade the economic level of Xinjiang achieved rapid development. However, with therapid growth of the population，over-exploitation and over-utilization in naturalresources, the ecological environment of Xinjiang has been severely damaged. So,how to evaluate the sustainable development between population, resources，environment and economic，how to promote sustainable development betweenpopulation, resources，environment and economic of Xinjiang is very critical.Firstly,this paper introduces the meaning and purpose of the topics, then,asimple review and summary of researches about the sustainable development ofpopulation, resources， environment and economic.Secondly, considering thepopulation, resources，environment and economy is an extremely complex system,therefore, after a detailed analysis of the population, resources，environment andeconomic in Xinjiang,we examine carefully the coordination mechanisms ofpopulation, resources， environment and economic. Again, according to thecharacteristics of Xinjiang’s population, resources，environment and economicdevelopment, established the development evaluation index system of population, resources，environment and economic of Xinjiang via the theoretical analysis andfrequency analysis,meanwhile accessed the coordination of population, resources，environment and economic of Xinjiang by the method of mean square deviation andthe formula of coordination. Finally, analyzed the evaluation results then putforward the recommendations for the future population, resources，environment andeconomic.The main conclusions of this study are mainly focus on three aspects:(1) Theeconomic developed very fast, and the population development and environmentalissues is obvious. The comprehensive index of economic development continues toincrease, from1995-2009in Xinjiang. It rose up from the type of sluggish economy tothe type of advancing economic.But the comprehensive index of resources，environment and population is declined.(2) The coordinated development degree ofpopulation, resources，environment and economy is declining in Xinjiang,it remainedat the brink of maladjustment in2006，but it dropped to the mild disorders after2007.(3) The coordinated development degree of population, resources，environment andeconomy is getting worse in the future. The coordinated development degree hasremained basically offset in the next10years.
