The Relationship Between The Allocation Of Credit Resources And The Urban-rural Dual Economic Structure In Gansu Province

With the continuous progress of China’s reform and deep marketization, the coordination of the urban-rural relations become sustainable economic development a top priority. The key of coordinating urban-rural relations lies in the urban and rural economic development. credit resources,as an important capital, acts an key role on the economic development in urban and rural areas, and impacts the economic structure in urban and rural areas. Credit allocation of resources is bound by the reaction force of the urban and rural economic development. And the different provinces or regions have the different characteristics on this interaction. The economic structure presents dual characteristics, configuration of credit resources in urban and rural areas is also very uneven in Gansu Province, so it is particularly necessary for the study credit allocation of resources and the urban-rural dual economic structure in Gansu Province.This text concludes six parts.The first part of this article introduces the research background and the context of domestic and foreign research on this topic. The third section describes the theoretical basis of this study that is the theory of credit rationing and dual economy theory. The third part describes the credit resources and the urban-rural economic structure in Gansu Province, It tells that analysis of credit resources in Gansu Province in the configuration is the imbalance between urban and rural areas and the economic structure showed obvious duality. The fourth part gives the answer to the question of the interaction between the allocation of credit resources and dual economic structure. The fifth part tests the relationship. The study results show that existing negative correlation, that is, the higher the ratio of credit resources in rural and dual economic structure is more obvious, and credit resources ratio constitutes dual economy Granger reason of the structure, the dual economic structure on the allocation of credit resources have a greater response. Sixth part,based on the conclusions of the earlier suggestions, from the supply and demand of credit resources, proposed to deepen the reform of the rural financial system, speed up the development of modern agriculture suggestions. Its increase effective supply and demand of credit resources, optimize the allocation of credit resources in urban and rural areas, and promote the transformation of the urban-rural dual economic structure.
