The core talents are enterprise’s treasure, representing an enterprise’s development potential, deciding whether the enterprise can be based in the fierce market competition environment. Enterprise competition can be regarded as competition of the quantity of talents that enterprise has.The problems of retaining, motivating and training core talents have become increasingly prominent in the development process of XX Aluminum Company. Researching on the problem of core talents training, which is helpful to realize effective motivating of core talents and the company’s development and progress, can enhance the company’s operating efficiency, constructing the core competitiveness of the enterprise.This paper, through literature review, has discussed the domestic and overseas scholars’research on core talent and core talent training. Through the investigation, this paper has analyzed the main problems of human resources existing in XX Aluminum Company. The main problems include that the structure of talents is not reasonable, serious brain drain, talent acquisition mode is single, talents incentive mechanism is unreasonable, and the lack of core talents cultivating consciousness and scientific, complete and systematic core talent cultivation system, etc. And analyzed the causes of these problems:reasons of development of the enterprise itself, behindhand enterprise human resources management conception and the lack of effective construction of enterprise culture, etc.According to the current situation of talents, this paper puts forward core personnel training goals and overall conception of XX Aluminum Company.Training goals mainly include the rational allocation of human resources;talents meeting the total demand and forming the good atmosphere of respect for talents, entrepreneurship, etc.This paper analyzes the core talents training needs, training design principles and training management process. We think that the talent training scheme design principles of XX Aluminum Company include:strategic principle, scientific principle, integrity principle, innovative principle, etc.Training management processes include recruitment, performance management system management system, salary management system, and training management system.In the implementation process of core talents cultivation system,first, we have discussed the recruitment management system, performance management system, salary management system of XX Aluminum Company. Recruitment management system is mainly to find the right talents for the enterprise, performance management system and salary management system is mainly in order to make the talents incentive effectively, improve the employees’working efficiency, and enhance the company’s overall efficiency. Second, we have also discussed the implementation form of company training management, content system and evaluation model. Finally, we think that XX Aluminum Company core talent cultivation system should be optimized and improved in practice.
