Regarding of the rapid changes of market, products and technology in nowadays, the core talents, who are equipped with the professional techniques, mastering of the core technology and controlling of the key business as well as the core resources, have play the key role in deciding market position and the development potentials of enterprises.During the period of strategic planning, the enterprise shall attract the core talents to participate in the making decision, and acquire their understanding and recognition. The top task for the HR management of state owned enterprise is to adopt the effective measures to attract and retain of the core talents, as well as fully utilize their initiative and creativity. With establishment of core talents assessment center based on competency for aspects of management, research&design, marketing and skills, KT company regularly evaluates this data and sets up an entry and exit system for core talents. KT company makes career path development plan for every core talents, and define the target for each phases. In this way, we will gradually improve the skills of the core talents, and offer the opportunities to show their talents and sufficient improvement space. By doing so, the core talents could grow up together with the enterprise, get recognition of the enterprise and have the sense of achievement and satisfactionBy individually making the reasonable and competitive welfare plan with effective performance management for the four aspects core talents, KT company keeps the consistency of the personal interests and business interests so that to maintain a lasting working enthusiasm of the core talents.
