The Construction Of The Centralized Monitoring Platform Of The Information Systems In Gansu Branch Of CCB

With the rapid development of informationization in Gansu Branch of CCB, more and more information systems are applied in different management fields in CCB, which means that many kinds of applied systems are operated simultaneously. How to guarantee the information systems operated in the secure way is directly related to the normal operation of every business and management in CCB, and the stable operation of information systems is the foundation and key to business operation in CCB. The work of operating and managing information systems, as a main component in information work in CCB, sustain the critical duty of guarantee the information systems to operate in a secure, steady and reliable way and ensures the information systems play an important role in the process of production and management of CCB.In order to avoid the disadvantages of operation and management pattern about traditional information systems effectively, improve its efficiency and quality, and decrease its cost effectively, this paper aims to research and put forward a set of complete, scientific ideas on the information systems about the centralized monitoring platform in Gansu Branch of CCB, through the centralized monitoring platform of automatic monitoring mechanism, the operation and management of the whole bank’s information systems will be efficient to accomplish the goal of centralized operation and management by centralized monitoring, centralized maintenance, and centralized management. And it will provide powerful technique support and secure guarantee for a smooth administration of all business in Gansu branch in CCB.The first issue analyzed in this paper is the current situation about the operation and management of information systems in Gansu Branch of CCB. Many problems about traditional operation and management pattern are concluded and the constructive target about the centralized monitoring mechanism of information systems in Gansu Branch of CCB. The following part is based on several years’ practical experiences on operating and managing information system, the realistic status of domestic financial system and industrial features, borrowed from the HP, IBM, BMC, the senior operating and management manufacturer in IT service field, about technical features, illustrated the demand analysis, architectural design, functional design, specific content and implement guaranteed measures etc. in detail from the aspect of centralized monitoring platform, illustrated the constructive process of centralized monitoring platform of information system in Gansu branch of CCB. At last, the optimizing and sustainable improving suggestions are proposed about the centralized monitoring platform of information systems in Gansu branch of CCB.
