Corporate Social Responsibility Research In Ethnic Minority Areas

Industrialization is the only way which must be passed to realize modernization in ethnic areas. The process of industrialization in minority regions is not only the rapid growth of local government GDP digital and the rise of corporate profits, it is more important for enterprises to promote the development of the ethnic community through fulfill their social responsibilities. Attaches great importance to the corporate social responsibility can be beneficial to long-term development of enterprise, at the same time, that can effectively promote the transformation of ethnic minority areas from traditional to modern to realize the endogenous development of ethnic areas.In this paper, taking Wanbang company which in Xinjiang Baicheng as theresearch object, through the field investigation and literature research methods to,analyze the status of enterprise social responsibility. Between Wan Bang and ethnic communities, the factors of labor employment, agriculture industrialization, environmental and cultural are interaction, and the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility can promote the development of the national community of natural ecology and human ecology coordinated. Participative management is the key link in Wan Bang to fulfill its social responsibility. In such a multi-ethnic factory, due to the diversity of ethnic identity, and so on to the worker for the object of innovation performance of the social responsibility of corporate governance structure, set up for Uighur worker democracy ruling group management to balance the relationship between the enterprise and the ethnic minority social vulnerable groups, protect the legitimate rights and interests of them, make them in the enterprise management personnel competition not be contempt because of ethnic identity.According to the article, based on the analysis on the Wanbang company, we can get the opinion is that modern enterprise development is not only economic benefits, but also the realization of social benefit. Corporate social responsibility is not only shareholders, consumers, government, etc, but also with the national community development associated with national common prosperity. On the one hand, Northwest minority areas during their performance of social responsibility of private enterprises must match the enterprise own development stage, timely moderately fulfill its social responsibility. On the other hand, the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility must improve the occasion and give play to comparative advantages and maximize the local minority participation.
