| "Three rural issues" has been a major problem in China’s economic and social development, urban agriculture as a new agricultural development model provides an effective way to solve the "three rural issues". First of all, the development of urban agriculture can enrich the model of agricultural development, improve the efficiency of agricultural production, increase the output of agricultural products. Secondly, the urban agriculture to promote the transfer of rural surplus labor force, improve the income level of rural residents, improve the rural poverty problem. In addition, the urban agriculture can also provide a new entertainment and recreation for urban residents, urban residents to contact and understanding of nature, and also plays a vital role in the promotion of economic development and environmental protection.Firstly, this paper summarizes the research results of urban agriculture at home and abroad, this paper describes the basic theory of the innovation ability of agricultural city. Then analyzed the current situation of the development of urban agriculture in Lanzhou city and the existing problems, analyzes the influence factors of agriculture innovation ability of Lanzhou city. On this basis, structure the evaluation index system of agricultural innovation ability of Lanzhou City, according to this evaluation system, from2002to201110years of data, using factor analysis method to evaluate the innovation ability of agriculture in Lanzhou city, and extract4main influencing factors of agriculture innovation ability of Lanzhou city, which are economic development level factor, human resource factor, innovation development potential factors and infrastructure factor. Through the evaluation result,we can find that in recent ten years, the agricultural innovation ability of Lanzhou city have showed rising trend. Finally, in order to promote the agricultural innovation ability of Lanzhou city to further improve,this paper proposes4recommendations. |
