Research On Urban Innovation Capability Based On Innovation Elements

With the synchronous development of economy and infrastructure,we are in the era of knowledge economy.At present,the primary task of our country is development,and the key to the development has become the improvement of independent innovation ability brought by the integration of innovative resources.The new trade theorists,represented by Krugman,believe that the technology competition is the essence of competition in trade between countries.The input and integration of innovative resources determine the innovative scientific research ability of a country or a region,and determine its position in the market.City is the unit of economic development,and the development of cities drive the development of the region,thereby affecting the development process of the country.Innovation is one of the main driving forces of urban development at the present stage.A large part of the innovation ability of the city comes from the role of innovation elements in the innovation activities.There are still many problems in the process of the input of innovation elements.The traditional concepts of the society and the market should be updated with the transformation of the new stage,at present,China's cities have blindness in the input direction and input degree of innovation elements.According to this,based on the literature review and summary,this paper draws the three main perspectives of innovation environment,innovation subject and innovation factor,analyzes the urban innovation system,and determines that the core of this study is from the perspective of innovation elements,taking JingJinJi as an example,analyze the present situation of the innovation elements' input in each city,use the panel data regression analysis to explore the role of every innovation element in enhancing urban innovation capability.Based on the basic theory of innovation theory,innovation system theory and the theory of urban innovation ability,this paper draws on the relevant indexes of urban innovation ability adopted by the literature,and combines the expert investigation method to determine the index system of the innovation elements.On this basis,use the descriptive statistics and the cluster analysis to analyze the investment degree of the innovation elements in the city of JingJinJi,found that in the process of urban innovation capacity development,there are some problems existing in the input direction and input degree of the innovation factors in the cities,and then through the establishment of the random effect panel data model,analyze the influence of innovation factors on the urban innovation ability,and drawn the conclusions.The results show that in the investment of innovation elements,the cities of JingJinJi have the most emphasis and the highest input intensity on the capital elements,and the serious insufficiency in the input of the other three kinds of innovation elements.The result of the panel data regression analysis confirms that,the factor of talent has the greatest influence on the urban innovation capability in JingJinJi region,followed by technological factors,capital elements and environmental factors.Based on the analysis results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the overall innovation ability of the JingJinJi region and urban innovation capability.At the end of this paper,the limitations of this research are summarized,and the prospects for future research directions are also presented.
