Research On The Innovation Capability Of My Country's First-tier Cities

Since the implementation of the reform and opening policy,China's economy has maintained a high growth rate for a long time,its status in the international community has been continuously improved,and people's living standards have been significantly improved.However,at the same time,there are problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution,which shows that the traditional economic development mode of China has been unsustainable.Therefore,China must change the mode of economic development,innovation runs through the whole process of China's economic and social development,and innovation plays an indispensable role in the process of regional economic and economic development.Urban Innovation is produced on the basis of national innovation,regional innovation and innovation ecosystem.It is a component unit of regional innovation.It is a network organization consisting of main and non-main factors related to innovation within a certain boundary.Governments,enterprises,universities,scientific research institutions and intermediaries are the nodes of this network organization.They cooperate with each other to form a network organization.Integrate resources and re-optimize the allocation of resources to innovate in technology,system,organization and culture.In order to achieve urban innovation,we need to have a clear understanding of urban innovation ability,and what is urban innovation ability,how to improve urban innovation ability,and from what aspects,we must rely on the comprehensive evaluation index system to complete.This paper interprets urban innovation ability as the ability of a city to transform knowledge,technology and other influential factors into new products,processes and services,which is closely related to the driving force and long-term competitiveness of the city's sustainable development.Through reading a large number of documents,this paper divides the relevant factors affecting urban innovation ability into knowledge innovation ability,science and technology innovation ability,innovation environment support ability and innovation performance ability.Therefore,starting from the four elements that constitute the urban innovation capability,this paper,by sorting out the concepts and theories related to urban innovation,and on the basis of reviewing the existing literature related to urban innovation,constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system to study urban innovation capability.At the same time,a first-tier city is selected as a sample,and 19 indicators are set up to study urban innovation capability.Evaluation has certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper uses SPSS software to analyze 19 indicators of first-tier cities by factor analysis,and extracts three main factors.According to the score of the main factors,it ranks the cities on the influencing factors,and analyses the performance of each city on the three main factors.First-tier cities have their own advantages and disadvantages in innovation ability.And it calculates the score of comprehensive innovation ability of first-tier cities by formula and ranks them.The results show that Shenzhen has the highest comprehensive score and obvious overall advantages.Furthermore,this paper concludes that most cities in China have deficiencies in improving urban innovation ability.According to the existing problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the innovation ability of each city.The ultimate purpose of this paper is not to evaluate which city has the highest innovation ability and which city has the lowest innovation ability,but to find the common problems in the development of innovation ability in most cities of our country through the analysis of the evaluation process,especially the establishment of indicators and the analysis of evaluation results,and to propose that we should increase investment in science and technology and finance,strengthen the introduction and training of talents.Four suggestions are put forward to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights and optimize the urban innovation environment.
