Since entering the new era,the global economy has been developing and growing,and gradually evolved into regional competition.As a basic part of the region,cities play an important role in whether a country(region)can obtain sustainable competitive advantage.With the increasing global economic competition,it is particularly important to study urban innovation.To a large extent,the technological innovation ability of a city is an important standard to measure the level of urban innovation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance to select several cities in Hefei metropolitan area(considering the selection of urban development level and indicators,Tongcheng city is not included in the research,the same below)as research samples and focus on the evaluation of technological innovation ability of Hefei metropolitan area And application value.In the face of good innovation resources and location advantages,how to speed up the technological innovation and realize rapid development is an urgent problem.With the help of comparative analysis of the technological innovation ability among several cities,we can not only understand the advantages and disadvantages of each city’s development,but also find the problems existing in the city’s development,and refer to relevant experience to correct the development path in real time.In this paper,the national innovation,regional innovation and urban technological innovation are taken as the theoretical basis,and the change of input-output ratio of cities in the process of innovation is comprehensively considered.The evaluation index system of urban technological innovation ability is established,and the technological innovation ability of cities in Hefei metropolitan area from 2010 to 2018 is combined.As a whole,the cities in the circle still have more or less development inertia in urban technological innovation.Because the evaluation system is to evaluate the city’s innovation ability from the three aspects of input,output and support ability in the process of innovation.Through the analysis of the main components,we can get four factors,which can play a decisive role in the city’s technological innovation ability,such as guiding support factor and enterprise ability factor,so as to expand the city’s technological innovation ability Scientific and objective analysis.After analysis,it is believed that there are two reasons for this situation.One is that the development level of each subsystem is quite different,which can also be understood that the low development level of one or several subsystems lowers the overall level of the city;the other is that the development level of all subsystems of the whole city is relatively low,and the overall level can be imagined naturally.From the above analysis,we can see that in most cities in the metropolitan area,it is necessary to improve the ideological understanding,fully understand the main role of government,scientific research institutions and enterprises in technological innovation,so as to continuously improve the overall innovation ability of the city.Based on the theory of regional innovation,this paper establishes the evaluation and comparison index system of urban technological innovation ability,and compares the technological innovation development level and influencing factors of seven cities in Hefei metropolitan area except Tongcheng city from 2010 to 2018 by using factor analysis method At the same time,it analyzes the technological innovation ability of each city according to the overall situation of public factor scores of several cities.Through the cluster analysis of each period between each city,the dynamic and static differences of technological innovation ability of each city are compared and analyzed.At the end of this paper,the coupling theory is introduced,by means of calculating the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of each subsystem,and the interaction between each subsystem and the degree of interaction are analyzed.According to the empirical results of the technological innovation ability of each city,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the technological innovation ability of Bengbu City from multiple levels and gives appropriate reference suggestions,hoping to provide certain reference significance for the development of other cities.
