Economic activity is one of the basic activities in human society, and economic activities must rely on a certain geographical area. Therefore,the development of the regional economic determines the development of human society. Located in the north of China in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region has become after the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta region of the third most development potential and vitality of the city group. Listed companies in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region in promoting regional industrial restructuring and upgrading, promoting the coordinated development of regional economy, has played a crucial role. In this environment, the research of Beijing Tianjin Hebei listing Corporation operating performance has very important guiding significance.In this paper, the domestic and foreign government agencies, experts and scholars in the areas of business performance evaluation of research and development are reviewed. On the definition of the related concepts about the company’s performance, the five theories have a profound impact on the basis of evaluation of the operating performance of the listing Corporation (the principal-agent theory, system theory, strategic management theory, stakeholder theory and contingency theory) to construct the evaluation business performance of the listing Corporation in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region model. According to the correlation principle, comprehensive principle, principle of importance, to obtain the principle of testability and the principle of the five basic principles,we selected 135 listing Corporation in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region as a sample, constructs the evaluation index system of the business performance of the listing Corporation in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.After put forward the method of factor analysis, the 135 listing Corporation 2013 financial statements data had been analyzed, the comprehensive score and ranking had been given; then, the business performance of the listing Corporation in different regions and industries are analyzed.The results of the study show, affect the return on invested capital is the most important index of operating performance of listing Corporation in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region for profitability factors include rate, rate of return on net assets and asset return rate of three financial indicators. Beijing Tianjin Hebei listing Corporation in the industry have a significant impact on the overall score, and the influence of different regions of the comprehensive scores is not significant.
