With the rapid development of the internet information technology of China, people entered the information age gradually. As a product of the internet information technology, the electronic trading mode has affected people’s life gradually, more and more people choose electronic trading mode to buy goods. The electronic mode will also be the trend of the future trading development. Bulk materials are very important in the industry areas and its trading mode is also changing into the electronic mode gradually. With the construction of the bulk materials center in China, the demand level of logistics service is also higher and higher. There are transportation and inventory demands in the traditional trading mode of bulk materials, but the demand of logistics services in the electronic trading mode will be integrated and comprehensive. Therefore, the thesis focuses on the optimization on logistics solution of bulk materials based on the electronic trading platform. And then chooses Guizhou coal logistics as a case to study.First of all, the thesis made comparison of traditional trading patterns and the electronic trading mode. Finding that electronic trading mode has some advantages, such as lower transaction cost, higher transaction efficiency, lower transaction risks and transparent trading. In conclusion, the thesis pointed out that the trading mode will be electronic in the future.Secondly, the thesis pointed out that there would have influence of logistics demand by the introduction of electronic trading platform. The new logistics demands will be higher logistics information level, logistics operation will be automatic, the logistics distribution will be networking, logistics activities will be intelligent and logistics demands will be flexible.Thirdly, the thesis chooses coal as the typical representation of bulk materials to study. Finding that the coal trading markets have lots of disadvantages and the future trading model will be electronic and international.At last, the thesis chooses the optimization of Guizhou coal logisticssolution as a case to study. The thesis analyzes the general situations of coal resources in Guizhou and the current logistics solution in Guizhou. We can find that current logistics solution cannot adapt to the development of coal trading in Guizhou. So the thesis put forward to the optimization in the logistics solution of South coal trading center, including the optimization of logistics service mode and logistics supporting system. In the optimization of logistics service mode, the thesismade the different plans of different sizes of the coal companies. In the optimization of logistics supporting system, the thesis chooses the logistics center and transportation channels and logistics process to optimize,in order to give some suggestions to the built of logistics solution of Guizhou south coal trading center.
