The Research Of Selection On Logistics Mode Of Coal Based On The Electronic Trading

As the foundation of China’s main energy, coal plays an important role in economic development and people’s lives.In recent years, China has accelerated the process of the coal marketization which coal transaction mode has been developed from the traditional order pattern to new coal trading pattern. Among them, electronic trading mode based on modern information technology has been widely used. For example, more coal electronic trading centers are established one after the other in coal production, transfer and consumption. The emergence of coal electronic transaction mode will benefit the development of the coal trading, promote the marketization of coal and greatly change the tense situation of coal supply and demand. With the development of coal electronic trading center in all regions of our country, logistics service requirements are also increasing. In the traditional trading patterns, it contains only the coal transportation logistics services, warehousing and other basic logistics services. However, it requires a comprehensive and modern logistics services in electronic trading. And for the coal electronic trading centers, the primary consideration is which logistics mode for the parties to the transaction to provide comprehensive logistics services. Therefore, this paper focuses on the comparison and selection of coal logistics mode under electronic transaction.Firstly, according to current situation of China’s coal logistics development, combined with the characteristics of coal electronic trading patterns, this paper analyzed the demand characteristics of the coal logistics under electronic trading which is great demand, long and complex transportation lines, high degree of information logistics and logistics services to the needs of high-end development. Meanwhile, it summed up the various existing coal logistics mode which paves the way for coal logistics mode selection.Secondly, according to the results of previous scholars, this paper analyzed the relevant factors of logistics mode selection, combined with the questionnaires from the coal logistics professionals and researchers, and constructed the coal logistics mode selection indicator system.Thirdly, on the base of summary of the common methods of logistics mode selection, combined with the characteristics of logistics mode selection, such as selection universality and index difficult to quantitative, this paper preferred analytic hierarchy process (ANP) and the entropy weight method and constructed comparison mode based on ANP-Entropy.Finally, this paper took LJ coal trading center in Hei Long Jiang province as an example, and selected the logistic mode of this trading center by the ANP-Entropy comparison mode constructed in this paper. We concluded that the4PL is more reasonable logistics mode.Through the coal logistics model more comprehensive study, provide a reference for the electronic trading of coal enterprises in the logistics mode selection, It has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of new electronic trading patterns of coal.
