For state-owned construction enterprise, because of the bidding implementation and market management gradually standardized, resulting in the current market competition more and more incentive, undertaking the construction project has become increasingly difficult. Even if successful, the project’s bidding unit price is generally low, the project’s profit margins are getting smaller and smaller, resulting in more obvious shortcomings of the management of state-owned construction enterprises. Therefore, how to transform the quality is a extreme tough topic immense need to be studied and explored. Enhancing the intensive management, it is the solution for us to adapt to the fierce competition on the market, improve the work efficiency of employees and the enterprises’internal management ability, so as to enhance their overall ability that achieve effect is one of the most efficient way, how to enhance the intensive management of state-owned construction enterprises, also need to do some further research and discuss.In this thesis, No.1subsidiary of China Railway No.5Engineering Group is the research object with experiences of how to carrying out intensive management system to change out-dated management and consist to practice with theories, and practices to enrich the theoretical research methods. First of all on the intensive management systems of the concept and the main features are described, after that, some analysis to the domestic and foreign enterprises’intensive management systems of current situation and development, at the same time, according to the characteristic of state-owned construction company of China Railway No.5Engineering Group, with current management systems on the basis of enterprises’development environment, prensent China Railway No.5Engineering Group’s development strategy, although, in depth research to optimize China Railway No.5Engineering Group’s operation and management. In this analysis and research under the premise, the thesis found out the right way to modified China Railway No.5Engineering Group’s intensive management systems in order to systemetic intensive mangement, that are mechanizing construction, centralizing production resource, enhancing service management system, transforming on fundamantal management from current management systems into intensive management systems, relizing’the organization construction of the professional, management responsibility, elements of control centralized, labor organization, construction of basic management’.Finally, in this thesis, the systematical research of China Railway No.5Engineering Group has been described, and some clear implementation processes and methods also been applied, the researched management methods also applied to guide China Railway No.5Engineering Group to enhance their intensive management systems.
