The fit of employee organization is still a research field started in China. The western theory of research does not adapt for practice carried out in China to much extent due to various factors, thus this essay is studied in depth on the fit of employee organization of China railway major bridge engineering group co.,ltd (as the big stated-owned business about construction), which benefits to find out issues of human resource management, improve measures of management, promote the development of human resource of the company with health.This essay is divided by 5 parts:The first part is introduction, which elaborates the background of this theme. Apart from it, the theoretical and the practical meaning are discussed. And then, it introduces the research content and structure of this essay.The second part is the current situation of theoretical research around the world. It is presented the definition of the fit of employee organization, analysis of the current situation and achievement of this research among many countries and these relevant shortages.The third part is the analysis of current situation about the fit of employee organization of China railway major bridge engineering group co.,ltd. The brief introduction about general situation of this company and status of employees in this company is presented primarily. To be specific, focus on the survey in terms of the current situation of the fit of employees organization in China railway major bridge engineering group co.,ltd taken by the author of this essay is presented. It shows the process, participants, regional distribution of questionnaire of this survey. Moreover, data about participants classified by gender, age, length of service, degree, position, professional tittles and etc.is analyzed based on charts and crosstab.
