China is in a period of rapid development depending on economic development. China’s current economic development speed shocked the world and has become the world’s second largest economy. A huge engine of China’s rapid and stable economic development is urbanization. Urbanization requires a lot of land in order to carry out large-scale investment and urban construction. Government expropriation of agricultural land, increasing its ownership into state-owned, and then the development and utilization, create a higher value of the land, making the land economy has been optimized. In this process, the farmers lost their land for generation survival. From an economic point of view, the land is a special asset, the government’s land acquisition act to farmers is economic change; rather from a sociological point of view, radical changes of the lifestyle of farmers after land acquisition will occur, regardless of those living environment, or identity, as well as sources of income and employment patterns.Villages in the city is a unique kind of social phenomenon, which appears in an era of rapid economic growth, however now the reconstruction of the village is to achieve the city’s comprehensive strength and competition improvement. The conflicts between the urban and rural arise in many aspects in the process of reconstruction of the village, in which china economic development has to sacrifice the interests of farmers who face the interest distribution again. In recent years, the central government has promoted a harmonious society, paid attention to agriculture, protecte the interests of farmers. Reconstruction of the village is a indeed affection of the whole body of work, in the process of multi-game situation occurs, such as in the course of the game in order to achieve the interests of farmers is not compromised, the parties will need to improve the land in the actual work system, establish a scientific transformation mode. This study focuses on the interests of farmers in the transformation of villages. Analyzing the cause of farmers’rights and interest loss, through studies of the successful city transformation cases home and abroad, form a series of opinions and recommendations which protect the interests of villagers. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is introduction, it makes a macro analysis of the contents of this paper, including research purpose, research significance, research methods, research ideas, research status. Through this part, we can know the research status of this issue at home and abroad, then got the core of this paper. In the second part, author analyzing the village in city reconstruction model of Zheng Zhou city. Taking Zheng Zhou city as an example, learning the reconstruction model of other city of China, author sort out how the rights and interests of farmers run off. In the third part, author summarize the reasons of how the famers’ right and interest run off, In the forth part, study the reform mode of other countries. The fifth part is proposals and measures. The sixth part is the conclusion.
