"The period of Twelfth five-year plan" and even before2020years,is an important transition stage of the social and economic development of henan province,and the critical period of accelerating the central plains economic zone’s construction, building well-off society in an all-round way. At this stage, the human resources as a strategic resources, the support will be increasingly highlighted to promote the development of economic and social. As one province with the largest population in china, one of the biggest agriculture provinces, the advantage of amount of henan human resources human resources is obvious, but also have one complicated situation in which contradictions that the amount between supply and demand conexists structural contradictions. Expected as with the adjustment of economy structure and acceleration of the transformation of social development,in the future a long period, henan human resources will be faced with a severe employment situation. Therefore, in the practice of central plains economic zone’s construction, making good use of the of henan human resources’s amount advantage, and actively responding to the employment problem, make big difference in practicing. In order to let human resources’s strategic support come into effect, first must clarify henan human resources’s present situation, and the future trend of supply and demand of human resources,which has a relatively scientific and reasonable evaluation and anticipation.The basic thinking on research of the project:first, based on the analysis of present condition of human resource, the current henan, total quantity, structure, efficiency of human resources to conduct a comprehensive combing and analysis; Reasonable definition and reference to related research results, related influence factors of henan human resource supply and demand, and a period (2020years ago) in henan province in the future development trend of the human resource supply and demand for quantitative and qualitative forecast and evaluation; Finally, on the basis of the foregoing research, given the corresponding research conclusion, and put forward to promote the long-term equilibrium between supply and demand of human resources, stability, ease the employment pressure of some countermeasures and Suggestions.
