General Situation,Supply And Demand Forecast And Development Strategy Of Beryllium Resources In China

The rare metal beryllium is an indispensable functional material,structural material and key raw material in the atomic energy,rocket,missile,aerospace,computer,smart phone,automobile and metallurgical industry.It is one of the guarantee resources and strategic resources for the development of China's high and new industry because of its increasing importance and its production.More and more concentrated in a small number of countries,the increasing supply of risk,so that people have to start more from the perspective of economic security and national defense security view of such resources.On the basis of summarizing the general situation of beryllium resources in China(Geological and economic aspects),this paper makes a systematic study of 91 beryllium deposits in 61 and domestic countries,including the global distribution of beryllium,the characteristics of its output,the age of mineralization,the mechanism of occurrence,the type of deposit and the spatial and temporal distribution,etc.,not only to reveal beryllium ore,but also to reveal beryllium ore The formation mechanism has scientific significance and provides theoretical basis for the exploration and development of beryllium resources.At the same time,the data of beryllium resources development in all countries of the world,the related enterprises of beryllium,production,consumption,import and export trade,price,consumption department and so on,have formed the research on the basis of large data analysis,the summary of the law as the core,the comparison of the historical development of the developed countries,and the idea of the original innovation.Methods scientifically predict the market demand of beryllium resources in the future and how to ensure the safety of beryllium resources in China.It not only provides support for the sustained and healthy development of China's emerging industries,but also points out the future direction for the strategic safety layout of beryllium industry in China.The main conclusions and conclusions are as follows:(1)The peak period of the mineralization of beryllium in the Triassic and Jurassic in China may be related to the Indosinian movement and the early Yanshan movement.Among them,the shallow granulite type beryllium deposit is the oldest in mineralization age,followed by volcanic hydrothermal type and granitic pegmatite type,and granitic and gas hydrothermal vein type is the latest.(2)The spatial distribution of beryllium deposits in China is highly concentrated in 3 beryllium ore belts:the Altai beryllium ore belt,the Western Sichuan beryllium ore belt and the Southern China beryllium ore belt.(3)LCT pegmatite is an important source of beryl,and LCT pegmatite is generally distributed in clusters.The trend of the differentiation evolution of the famous pegmatite ore deposits at home and abroad is from the outside to the outside,which contains no ore,Be-Nb-Ta-Li-Cs-Be-Ta-Li-Cs-Ta.Therefore,beryllium is often enriched in the outer zone of pegmatite.(4)The reserves of beryllium from beryllium(Be)in the world are more than 100 thousand T and calculated according to the comprehensive recovery rate of recovery(BeO)29%,all the current beryllium ores of all industrial reserves are about 29,000 t.At present,the annual beryllium consumption in the world is about 600t/a,and it can also guarantee the demand for nearly 50 years in the world.At present,China's beryllium reserves in line with industrial exploitation are only 14 thousand and 400 t,accounting for only about 2.6%of the proven reserves in the whole country.According to the comprehensive recovery rate of recovery(BeO)29%,the recovery of all the industrial reserves of beryllium ore is only 4 thousand and 200 t,which is only 4 thousand and 200 t.For example,the industrial reserves of beryllium resources are only guaranteed for 28 years according to the annual production of 150t BeO.(5)The change in the field of beryllium consumption from 1975 to 2015 tells us that consumption in the field of electronic components is increasing,and the consumption ratio in the field of electrical components is decreasing.In recent years,beryllium in the energy field has declined significantly,while beryllium in the field of national defense has increased rapidly.(6)Encourage domestic enterprises to invest abroad in purchasing beryllium resources.The focus is on the participation,acquisition and other ways of cooperation between Russia's Baykalsk joint venture company and Brazil Oriolano Limitada company.It is also suggested that the state reserve agencies or enterprises should set up branches in Mozambique,Madagascar and Uganda in Africa to acquire beryllium mine raw materials consciously.(7)Strengthen the exploration and research and development of the low grade beryllium rich beryllium rich resources;(8)Suggest that the management of beryllium metal is classified to the state related institutions and the National Reserve Bank of beryllium;(9)This paper predicts that the average annual growth rate of beryllium demand in China will be 5%to 7%in 2030,increasing from 208 100t to 208 276t in 2015.
