The Research Of Government Supervision Of China’s Food Safety

China’s large population,fast food industry,combined with the characteristics of China’s labor-intensive industrial structure make the production and sales of domestic and foreign food have great prospects for development and market potential. But in recent years,the domestic outbreak of food safety issues,seriously affect the trust of Chinese food enterprises reputation at home and abroad,a blow to the confidence of consumers,seriously harm to one’s lives and physical health.Before consumers use food,they must go through three aspects of the production, circulation,consumption. It is conductive to strengthen the supervision of food production, the strict food circulation order and reduce food safety incident by research in these three links of the safety problems and loopholes in management. With the relatively mature foreign food regulatory system,it can improve in the food safety problem of administrative levels in our country, law enforcement and supervision level.Based on the research of the current food industry status quo,it is discussed in aspects of law, administration,supervision and nongovernment strategy. Hope to help to resolve the current domestic difficulties encountered during the development process of the food industry and problems.A comparative study of the theory and practice about food safety regulatory system between China and foreign country.According to the China’s specific national conditions, the author appeal to built food safety supervision system with Chinese characteristics,the text is divided into four parts:The first part is the implementation of the government regulation of food safety significance, the second part is the status quo of China’s food safety government regulation,the third part is our country food safety government regulation theory basis and practice basis, the fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions of improving our country food safety government regulation.
