In recent years, along with science and technology with each passing day, themanagement environment change,enterprises increasingly fierce competition andcustomer requirement enhances unceasingly,strategic management has become thehot issues of both business community and academia area. Formulating a reasonableand effective development strategy can help enterprises to improve the corecompetitive advantage and excel in the competition,therefore realizing long-termdevelopment.As a glass technology company in glass furniture industry,through ten years’development,SP company’s business has been stable. Yet since2011,because of theinfluence of the domestic real estate market regulation and the international financialmarket,SP company is facing the biggest development bottleneck and unprecedentedchallenge. How to maintain and further enhance the market position of SP companyand how to make the company sustainable makes it necessary to make the plan aboutcompany’s future development.Based on strategic theory,This paper analyzed the development environment ofSP from political environment, economic environment, social environment,technical environment. and then it made clear the company’s development strategy isa specialized strategy through "one stable,two breakthrough,three implementation",from the strategic level,the company’s main business such as marketing,research anddevelopment and human resources management of enterprise diagnosis,implementation is discussed from several aspects.This study preliminary obtained the company for5-10years of developmentstrategy with intensive growth strategy as priority, supplemented by diversifieddevelopment strategy. The research is expected to provide viable guidance for SPcompany’s future development and resource arrangement,enabling the company toattain sustainable development in glass furniture industry. |
