Cement is an important building material, is also the consumption of huge resources. In recent years, with China’s expanding domestic demand policy continues to play a role, infrastructure spending increasing year by year, the construction industry for the quality requirement of cement is also on the increase. For domestic cement production enterprise, it means both an opportunity, also faced with severe challenges. As the domestic strategy in emerging markets, the cement market in Northeast China got the attention of many large enterprises at home and abroad, increasingly fierce competition in the market. In such a market competition environment, the Northeast area of the cement production enterprise from internal production, management, technical innovation to the external business development are faced with a series of changes. For local enterprises, they must pay much attention to their own development strategy adjustment and the consummation, in order to adapt to the development needs.This study of cement production enterprise in Northeast area, FN company as the research object, using the enterprise strategic management theory such as PEST, SWOT for its survival and development of internal and external environment, enterprise strategy management present situation and existing problems were analyzed, and the development strategy and the enterprise was carried on the design. The study found that in the development process of FN company strategy, there are a series of problems, such as strategic management objectives are not clear, lack of stable source of tourists, lack of diverse products, lack of publicity and so on. The causes of these problems include insufficient company managers for the importance of strategic management, lack of development strategy and execution and so on. Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of FN company, opportunities and challenges, the study concluded that the company’s external development environment is generally good, the development potential is huge. Within the enterprise strategic management faces a series of problems. Both opportunities and challenges are in the development of enterprises. In order to achieve the goal of strategic management, the company should take indemnificatory system measures such as changing management of concept, optimizing the organization and changing management modes, optimizing allocation of human resources and so on. |
