| Textile and garment industry is one of the supporting industries in China, which is also of great competitiveness and international trade dependence degree. With the globalization and adjustment of economic construction, China’s textile and garment enterprises are under great pressure and challenges. The garment production is labor-intensive and has lots of complicated procedures. It has always been a problem that how to better organize resource, improve efficiency, enhance quality, and reduce costs in production. Especially for those small and medium-sized enterprises, they are facing a series of urgencies, e.g., how to adapt to the changing market competition, how to strengthen the management, how to develop their own core competition ability, how to enhance the operation efficiency, and so on.This paper is focusing on a medium-sized garment company, "HZFW". With a brief introduction of management theory and analysis on scene management of workshop supply chain, it will put forward an optimized project to improve production performance, in which a schedulingsoftware program called Lekin is mainly introduced. This program is used to analyze and optimize the product line and procedures, and to make necessary adjustments, or give advice to scene management. This paper analyzes the research situation in logistics system modeling, and concludes that it is feasible to use MAS (Multi-Agent System) to model the logistics system of multi-product and multi-technique workshops. It specifically analyzes this model, the layout module, and the scheduling module. On the aspect of workshop scheduling, the scheduling rules are analyzed and the objective function is established. On the aspect of product line balance analysis, it analyzes the upstream production group, the downstream layouts, the materials handling in both production procedure and work-in-process production, and the process of upstream ironing and inferior cloth extraction. This paper makes some analysis on the problems in scene management as well. |
