| Since 2020,with the steady promotion of China’s dual-carbon policy,the concept of lowcarbon environmental protection has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.In the field of traditional printing and packaging,a campaign of depoliticization and VOC reduction has been launched.High frequency heat sealing machine(commonly known as high frequency machine)belongs to high frequency medium heating equipment.Its principle is to use high frequency electric field to make the molecules inside the plastic or coating vibrate violently,rub with each other,generate heat energy,and then fuse.In recent years,with the breakthrough of paper surface coating and film covering technology,as well as the environmental protection requirements of reducing the use of adhesives,high-cycle technology has been gradually applied in paper packaging as a glue replacement technology.However,compared with the traditional packaging of ordinary paper products,the high-cycle technology also has some disadvantages,such as complex process,low yield efficiency,high entry threshold,and high price.There are still problems in large-scale promotion.This paper aims to improve the production efficiency of R company’s high frequency new product.By studying the UPH,UPPH and OPE indicators of ET01 product in the initial mass production,and combining the quotation data and the level of competitors,the current situation,target/gap and problems of this product in terms of production efficiency are clarified.Then,by comprehensively using industrial engineering theory,six sigma DOE,5Why,cause-andeffect diagram and other relevant theories and tools,the established production efficiency goal was achieved by reducing the cycle time of the production line,optimizing the line balance rate,improving the yield rate,and reducing the equipment failure rate.Today,the manufacturing industry dominated by traditional handicrafts has a low entry threshold,increasingly fierce homogenization competition,poor anti-risk ability,and faces great transformation pressure.It is imperative to reduce costs and increase efficiency.This paper has strong practicability,and has universal reference significance for manufacturing industry to comprehensively use various theories and methods to rapidly improve production efficiency. |
