Although theman enjoy convenience brought by informatization, they have to face environmental problems.China, considerable improvement of living standard, and a big bear of electrical andelectronic products, should especially consider that problems for she has a big amount ofdiscarded electronics left every year. If China couldn’t take advantage of recycling on thewaste, then which will directly affect sustainable and scientific development. so it isimportant that extended producers responsibility system, a basic system of recycling economy,plays on CP and waste recycling.
