With the development of automation and informatization, the companies have to bemore demanding towards the informatization of Management in production system aswell as the automation. This thesis will discuss the ingredient-mixing control systemthat can meet the requirement of automation and informatization of the productionsystem from the perspective of control accuracy, control rate, online-communicationand information management of the burden calculation control system.Firstly, it will do some research on the fuzz automation control algorithm. Thethesis focuses on the adaptive control algorithm based on requirements of electricoscillation speed control and the feature of nonlinear and time varying of the wholeblending process.Secondly, it will do some study on the subsystems of glass production techniquesand the designing of control circuit of weighing&measuring, the delivery of electricoscillation, the control of amalgamator and the leather belt transport. In addition, it willfinish PLC selection and resource allocation and design the peripheral circuit.At last, this thesis will go on with the software. With the adoption of systemprogramming method based on WinCC software,the paper sets up softwareconfiguration of the whole system and designs the correction function, systemweighing,control procedures of the host computer as well as data informationmanagement software. Besides, it establishes a management database which facilitatescompany production management and the creation of an informatization managementsystem. As for networking design, the local area network will be connected with theinternet and different user rights will be assigned so that engineers, director of theworkshop and leaders of related departments and companies can search for relatedinformation.In all, this thesis conducts research on automation control system of the ingredientsin small and medium enterprise and analyzes weighing&control methods as well astechnology requirements of ingredients production line. It defines functions of thesystem so that you will be clear about the signal processing, show function, operatingfunction, warning function, controlling function, printing function, management function, communicating function and redundancy function. Most importantly, the paperdesigns automatic blading system of glass production on the basis of PLC.
