Cleaner production is a new development model of modern industrial enterprise,the effective way of saving energy and reducing consumption, the effective way toachieve sustainable development way. After many years of practice in the industrialfield, cleaner production indeed has good economic and environmental benefit.At present, with the development of science, large number of chemical fertilizers,pesticides and agricultural film is put into agricultural production, and cause serious soilpollution, water pollution, great obstacles to agricultural sideline food and export of ourcountry edible, so the implementation of agricultural cleaner production is imperative.In view of the cleaner production audit deficiencies, as well as the lack of deficiency ofagricultural cleaner production evaluation system, we combine AHP and fuzzymathematics method to establish a set of suitable for agricultural cleaner productionevaluation system.By studying the definition fagricultural cleaner production and the status ofagricultural environment, this paper illustrates the necessity and feasibility ofagricultural cleaner production. And according to the deficiency of agricultural cleanerproduction auditing, determining the direction of this paper is the research of theagricultural cleaner production evaluation system. By studying the principle, the basicmodel and the characteristics of evaluation system establishing method, this paperfinally determines using the fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process to buildagricultural cleaner production evaluation. Through the research on agriculturalstructure and the principle including integrity, quantitative, key, operational, threegradation of agricultural cleaner production evaluation system were determined, twoarrangement of indicators, a total of3first class indexes, twenty-three secondaryindicators. The first class includes planting, stockbreeding and rural life, the secondaryindicators can be divided into quantitative and qualitative indicators of two parts.According to the rating of the principle of AHP and the expert scoring, usingthe Matlab software, we can determine the weight of each index and consistency indexvalue. Then based on the domestic and international development of agriculture, we candetermine the evaluation standard of indicators value. According to the data ofeconomic belt of Xinjiang Tianshan Mountain, we determine the value Of theevaluation index. Then using fuzzy mathematics method evaluate the overall level of belt of Xinjiang Tianshan Mountain agricultural development level. The finalconclusion is the general level of domestic,is in accord with the verdict of An empiricalstudy and the model of agricultural cleaner production, so this paper have the utility andfeasibility to a certain extent.
