Completion of the iron and steel industry as electricity and a major energy consumer,plays a vital role in the work of the national economic and energy savings. How to find apractical approach for planning and management of the steel industry, to obtain themaximum benefit while less emission targets, has important theoretical and practicalsignificance.This paper studies the regional iron and steel enterprises, assigned the grid issuedinterruptible loading capacity tasks and a single steel enterprises in the long-termmechanism. How to use the most effective emission reduction means the completion ofthe annual emission reduction targets. Profit model were established by a numericalexample, providing the basis for enterprises to develop emission reduction strategies.First, studying the mechanism of carbon dioxide emissions of the iron and steelenterprises will be improved on the average number of Divisia decomposition method(Longarithmic Mean Divisia Index, LMDI). This method applied to the enterprise carbondioxide emissions factor decomposition, and to built from the profits of the iron and steelenterprises in the planning period reduction model to complete emission reduction throughsimulation This paper provides three ways to complete the reduction targets. Finally thispaper get the maximum profits of the iron and steel enterprises in different emissionreduction mode decomposition, incremental analysis of the factors affecting profitcontribution of each factor is obtained profits, combined with profit sensitivity foreffective evaluation of corporate profitability.Ease the short-term power shortage in the region, this paper interruptible load,efficient allocation of power resources of the iron and steel enterprises in the region,alleviate peak electricity tensions. Considering the lack of carbon reduction statistics, theintroduction of carbon flow theory, statistics from micro carbon emissions, is conducive tothe grid adjust the interruptible load capacity, we can control the emission reductiontargets to complete. Through the establishment based on the user benefits the interruptibleload compensation model, assigned the task of emission reduction targets for the iron and steel enterprises in the completion of the grid and the maximizing profits.
