As a key unit in water injection system, water injection pump station plays a critical role during water injection operation. After a series of water-injection efficiency tests on Zhong Yuan oil field water injection system, it is possible that an optimized measure to be carried out for various pump stations to improve the present water injection efficiency. In order to achieve a series targets such as automatic and real time data gathering, overall supervision on equipment operation condition and efficiency, dynamic optimization on water injection cases, effective injected water volume increase and water injection system efficiency improvement and labor work load&HSE risk decrease, this article develops a water injection real time supervision system to achieve the supervision on water injection station in real time. Also, this article carries out a research on pump station optimized pressure system combination and pump station optimized algorithm of economic operation. Based on the research mentioned above, a mathematic mode is established and a water injection optimization soft is developed. According to the condition of practical application in site, the function of supervision on water well real time pressure differential and water injection indicative curve are added in the system. The expected effect is achieved after implementation of the supervision system and it will play a guiding role to improve water injection efficiency and decrease the operation cost significantly.
