The Study On Present Situation And The Existin Problems Of Our Country’s Coalmine Safety Training Management System

Coal is the basis of our country’s national economic and social development, it has been dominated our country’s energy structure. However, with the increasing of our country’s coal mining, the problem of coalmine safety become more and more prominent, serious accidents have occurred. According to the statistics in nearly30years that more than80%of coalmine accidents caused by human factors."Human factors" has become the weakest segment of production safety in coalmine. Therefore, how to regulate and strengthen coalmine safety training and how to complete the coalmine production safety and how to protect the people’s lives and property safety, it is great significance and value that to implement the scientific concept of development and to build a moderately prosperous society and to build a harmonious society. This article is based on accident-causing theory and the law of our country’s coalmine accidents. It proposed coalmine accident-causing theory in line with production development needs of our country’s security. Based on this theory, it proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to build our country’s coalmine safety training management system.This paper consists of six parts. First, through the analysis of representative accident-causing theory, it leads to coalmine accident-causing theory in line with production development needs of our country’s security. Through the analysis of the theory, it gives the revelation of our country’s coalmine safety training management system. Secondly, it introduced the history and the current situation of our country’s coalmine safety training management system. Thirdly, it analyzed the work of Yunnan Coalmine Safety Training management. According to the specific accident cases, it proposed the problem of Yunnan Coalmine Safety Training management. Finally, it proposed countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the coalmine safety training management system. That is implementation of the responsibility for production safety training. That is to improve the laws and regulations of coalmine safety training system. That is to strengthen the institution of coalmine safety training management. That is to improve the quality of the training team. That is to enhance the quality of safety training and to strengthen the assessment of the qualifications of the training institutions.
