The vanes of the tensile stress field of the extruder solid conveying process, the previousanalysis of the pressure and the parameters (eccentricity, speed, temperature, material)relationship, establishes the theory model between volume density and pressure, research forthe blade extruder solid volume transport process is still not deep enough, need to improveand develop the comprehensive.The process for the blade solid volume transport, from the point of energy balance,established pressure prediction model, and accuracy of the pressure prediction model wasverified by experiments. The material in the volume transport process, the linear velocity andthe tangential acceleration change rule and influence factors were analyzed, and the change ofvolume change and solid the delivery rate. The particles from loose to the compaction process,put forward the concept of clearance rate.By LLDPE under different eccentricity, different speed, different temperature conditionsafter blade solid test machine, production, consumption power, torque data, analysis of theexperimental results, obtained the effects of various parameters on the clearance rate.Eccentricity is large, the gap rate is small, and changes more obviously; speed on theclearance rate of no significant impact, basically speed greater clearance rate, there will be alittle bit more; temperature has obvious impact on the clearance rate, the greater thetemperature, clearance rate is small, to a certain temperature, after a time will become zeroclearance rate. The experiment also verified the correctness of the prediction model of powerpressure, calculation of pressure and the actual measurement curve plotted painted pressurecurve comparison from the power of the experimental data, both have the same change trend,only numerical start and end points are not the same, and the overall predictive value isgreater than the actual value, but basically in a reasonable range. Visualization experiments indifferent process parameters, structure parameters by different material, get the true record ofthe solid volume of the transportation process, further prove the relationship betweencorresponding clearance rate and parameters from the qualitative point of view.
