Formed at the same time, the need to research, comprehensive high temperature and high pressure well cementing technology, solve the cementing problem existed in Indonesia blocks of high temperature and high pressure, provide effective guarantee for subsequent assignments. In recent years, due to the high and new technology in the use of high temperature and high pressure well number increasing, vigorously promote the development of cementing technology of high temperature and high pressure.Good performance of cement slurry is a key factor to ensure the quality of well cementation. As is known to all, cement channeling air ring body for oil and gas field development will cause very serious consequences:reduced production capacity and casing corrosion, groundwater pollution, and so on. And in the event of gas channeling, even if spend a lot of manpower and material resources and time to squeeze, it is hard to repair to cementing status when the gas channeling due does not occur. Therefore, optimizing anti-gas channeling effective slurry design is very important, especially for the cementing of high temperature and high pressure.Cement ring gas channeling is a very complicated physical and chemical phenomena. Despite numerous domestic and foreign experts on the reasons for the formation of gas channeling and preventive measures carried out extensive research, but the problem is still far from resolved, gas channeling phenomenon is still often occur between the layers. This article will try to use "channel" point of view to parse the gas channeling phenomenon, put forward a composite is suitable for high temperature and high pressure of anti-gas channeling of cementing slurry design method.This article mainly conducts the research from the following several aspects: suitable for high temperature and high pressure Wells new high density cement slurry system and leakproof channeling prevention study; High temperature and high pressure Wells, high density cement slurry system mechanism study; High temperature and high pressure slurry system optimization and evaluation; Pressure balance cementing design method research; Improve the displacement efficiency of construction technology research; High temperature and high pressure slurry system of field application the consultation; MADURA region field cementing job in Indonesia.Need to achieve technical indicators:(1) test slurry density is1.40~2.1g/cm3,14mpa or greater compressive strength/24h,48h, or46ml or less API fluid loss, zero water loss, fluidity acuity22cm, thickened transitional time (48-240pa) static gel strength is less than12min;(2) the site construction requirements drilling fluid performance n value>0.7, mud cake thickness is0.5mm or less, the design of cement slurry and the drilling fluid density difference as far as possible to achieve△ρ0.4≥g/cm3.(3) the design of the elastic modulus is smaller than8GPa slurry system, improve the cement toughness and impact resistance;(4) the implementation of a3-5Wells, layers packer, good cementing quality qualified rate100%.Through the study of high temperature and high pressure oil and gas well cementing technology, analyzes the characteristics and key technology of high temperature and high pressure oil and gas well cementing, expounds on the high temperature and high pressure well cementing common problem. A brief narrative on high density cement slurry system, through the indoor experiments show that the high density cement slurry system can satisfy the need of high temperature and high pressure well cementing, and confirmed by field application. Solves the problem of high temperature and high pressure well cementing, has a good application prospect. To this end, the key problems of high temperature and high pressure technology for Indonesia, urgently need to track the cementing technology front, both at home and abroad theory combined with practice, systematically carry out high temperature and high pressure slurry system formulation and application technology research, form a reliable slurry system and application technology, high temperature and high pressure well in Indonesia cementing technology improve the quality and efficient services.
