Today, the ubiquitous network declared completely that the human enter the rapid development of information technology era, technological advances prompted the industrial products that people closely related to become more information and intelligence. Along with the deepening development of the information society, In the web-based platform for a variety of intelligent electronic devices in the consumer market, whether the child should have intelligent electronic devices, especially children computers have become a common concern and tangle issues of parents, educators and other community. For children, tablet PCs tend to the concept of smart toys in the virtual computer games, children’s access to a variety of novel and enjoyable experience. But adults more concerned about is the children’s physical and mental health development, and that children’s Tablet PC is not conducive to healthy growth of children. For analysis, most of Tablet PC on the market today is the collection of knowledge and entertainment experience, so the computer is good or bad is difficult of a veto for the child’s development, like the adult world, the network gives us a great living facilities, mental enjoyment, but also the breeding ground for many of the network harmful events. But since society forward, information technology, networking is not avoidable affect children, and be part of their development process must face. Today, most of the80parents has a more open attitude towards the use of smart toys and other children’s toys of information technology products, playing with toys for children is a way to explore the world, the game can promote children’s understanding of the world. For children, the game is a must and the toys are auxiliary game platform for socio-cultural, technological and cultural toys is the crystallization of the times, so that a child is playing with toys is understanding and awareness of social and cultural world. Information society to promote children’s toys technology, intelligence, give children more novelty games entertainment, ubiquitous information undisguised presented in front of the adolescent children, there are advantages and disadvantages, only the correct treatment of Electronic Information Products, we truly understand and support the healthy development of children. Finally, in a rapidly changing information society among today’s Chinese toys designed only to children’s healthy development as the center, in a systematic design approach as a guide to build toy brands, build system platform, in the creation of new products, while the use of systematic design methods to maintain product continuity in information technology can truly survive the rough sea.
