What’s more, safety investment problem is one of the major areas focused on the safety science research field. If it is limited to enterprise safety in production, it will to some extent affect our understanding of security issues and understanding. In the constant development and evolution, people also have been linked to the survival and development activities in the security problems of carrying on the unremitting struggle. The history of human society, in some sense, can also be seen as struggle to solve the problem of security. In today’s society, all kinds of safety protection devices, management measures are the brainchild of human security research. And with the rapid development of science and technology, security problem will become more and more complex and diversified. The study of security issues also need further and more scientific.Safety production is a international concern, over the years, China’s coal mine accidents frequently occurred caused incalculable death and economic loss, one of the important reason for the frequent coal mine accidents,is lack of investment in safety.the investment of safety in coal mines have a lot of blindness, many of which are passive investment, and it is lack of scientific and rational allocation, for now, China’s domestic for safety investment decision-making researchs are still in the preliminary stage. This paper first introduces the research background and the significance of the paper, and then describes the theory and analysis of investment in safety, to distinguish the difference between similar concept as well as their logical relationship; analyze the influence factors of safety input.then mainly introduces the use of the application of grey correlation analysis, used grey relation points to the instance, and finally achieve a specific mining tools by using C#programming language, for after the coal mine safety production and safety input provide an effective platform for the information.
