With the development of the modernization of mining, trackless transport, with its efficient and safe, is being more and more attention by coal enterprises. Mining rubber-tired cars’ brake is an important component which can decide whether the vehicles can run smoothly and parking. Because there are many kinds of mining rubber-tired vehicle, the heavy repetitive work is particularly prominent in a series of drawing. So there is a need to develop a kind of software which can achieve series of drafting.Working brake is an important part in mining rubber-tired vehicle. This topic worked with the front wheel working brake in WC5mining rubber-tyred vehicle, after referred to as the "brake", as the carrier. Brake parameterized design were studied. Finally, the brake parameterized design software required parameters had been made. Its research is in the known conditions:(1)full weight of rubber-tired vehicle;(2) minimum braking distance is8meters when the speed is20km/h the flat road;(3) the wheel diameter;(4) the screw connection size of wheel hub and brake;(5) the seam allowance connection size of wheel hub and brake. Finally, the system output the required parameters of brake parameterized design, which is consist of dynamic shell, Static shell, piston, pressure plate, end cover, spring and block cover, etc. These sizes provide the basis for parametric design of brake.This topic is secondary development for CAXA2007software, with Visual c++6.0software as development platform, and c++as development language. Research from the following several aspects:1. Brake module division;2. Set up the mathematical model of brake parameters;3. Establish the database;4. Form automatic generation parameters software of brake parameterized design. Finally, the topic will establish a system software by which designer can get fast the main parameter values of the various parts of the mining rubber-tired vehicle when enter the condition of external conditions.The design of this paper which is greatly shortened the design cycle and optimize the design scheme and reduce labor intensity and improve the design efficiency and quality will be set up. In this paper, we realize the fast parametric design of mining rubber-tired vehicle by using CAXA software secondary development, and do a beneficial attempt which has carried on the localization to shorten the production cycle which is profound for the speed design and efficiency of mining rubber-tired cars in the future.
