As coal varieties rubber_tyred car updates, rubber_tyred car brake is bound to bring work to research and development. Because to r&d brake must be based on rubber_tyred car braking performance parameters and structure para-meters of the system and the working conditions of it in the future, so the work-load is very big. But rubber_tyred car brake, in addition to the size is different, structure shape and working principle are the same.In order to solve this problem, need to design a software, by entering a few parameters can be generated in the drawing software all the detail drawing and assembly drawing. This topic entrusted by an enterprise to work WC5 mine rubber-tyred vehicle brake (hereinafter referred to as the "brake") as the carrier, service brake parametric design, eventually get working brake parameterized design software. This topic main research content is as follows:First of all, determine the service brake braking torque calculation, the calculation of friction plate number and spring design calculation model, and classifies the working brake components.Secondly, in the Access database management software to establish work-ing brake standard parts data in database, using ADO to connect to the database Access technology, data query in the SQL query language.Again, the working brake parameterized design software interface design, including menu design and dialog box design.Finally, the programming work all brake parts and assembly drawing, and make the detail drawing and assembly drawing debugging, finally complete the whole work of brake parameterized design software is developed.This topic on the parametric design of the research of the working brake, the ultimate goal is based on Microsoft Visual C++ development environment, C++as the development of language in CAXA software to design a set of working brake parameterized drawing software, as long as the input of several important parameters in the aspect of software design, computer can automati-cally design, able to work out a set of brake drawing at the same time. Greatly improving the work efficiency of brake design, thus developing the software is of great significance and application value.
